Shipping on Originals

Original artwork is packaged and shipped with insurance and a tracking number. Any artwork over $500 must be delivered with a signature from the buyer. Please measure your wall prior to purchase or call us for specific dimensions. If there is damage to the packaging protecting the art please take a picture of the package prior to opening and call us at (773) 294-9195 so we can follow through with the delivery service. If original artwork is damaged, we will most like not be able to replace the product, but instead will return your payment within 7 days. We will return original artwork within 7days of delivery date but there is a restocking fee of 5% of the purchase price. We highly recommend scheduling a viewing of the work if you are in the area or ask for additional images to help answer questions or concerns prior to purchasing. We don't allow exchanges.
Shipping on Prints

There is no returns for prints. Please measure your wall prior to purchase or call us for specific dimensions. If there is damage to the packaging protecting the art please take a picture of the package prior to opening and call us at (773) 294-9195 so we can follow through with the delivery service. Depending on the print run and the inventory available we may or may not be able to replace or exchange your purchased print. In the event that we cannot, we will reissue your payment within 7 days. Prints are typically shipped with insurance and a tracking number. Again, you are welcome to schedule a studio visit prior to purchasing.
